Detroit Lions confident Terrion Arnold had no role in robbery and kidnapping investigation.

Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold has recently been mentioned in connection with a robbery and kidnapping investigation, though his attorney maintains that Arnold had no role in the incident. The Lions organization has expressed confidence in that stance.

Head coach Dan Campbell and team president Rod Wood both indicated this week that they fully expect Arnold to be part of the team this season. According to them, they believe his explanation that he had no involvement in the alleged crime, which initially came to light after Arnold reported that some of his belongings had been stolen.

Campbell said the team has reviewed the available information and found nothing suggesting Arnold was involved. From his perspective, the situation does not appear to be serious and there is no indication that Arnold played any role in the matter.

Wood also explained that Arnold met with him shortly after the allegations surfaced. During that meeting, the young defensive back answered detailed questions about the situation as the team worked to understand exactly what had happened.

Arnold, who was selected in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft by Detroit, has appeared in 24 games over his first two seasons with the franchise, starting 22 of them.
