Chicago Secures Stunning Victory Over Lakers with Last-Second Half-Court Shot.

The Chicago Bulls staged a jaw-dropping comeback, wiping out a five-point deficit in the final 12 seconds of regulation before clinching the win with a miraculous half-court buzzer-beater from Josh Giddey.

The Bulls pulled off a remarkable rally, overcoming a 20-point fourth-quarter deficit and surging past the Los Angeles Lakers 119-117 on Thursday, capped by an incredible last-second shot.

With just five minutes remaining, the Lakers appeared in control, leading 105-92. However, the Bulls responded with an 8-0 run, trimming the deficit to five points.

The final moments were electrifying. Patrick Williams sank a clutch three-pointer (113-115), giving Chicago hope.

On the next inbound play, LeBron James’ pass was picked off by Josh Giddey, who quickly dished it to an open Coby White. White knocked down a three-pointer, pushing the Bulls ahead 116-115.

The Lakers fought back after a timeout, with Austin Reaves driving to the basket for a layup, putting L.A. back on top (116-117) with just 3.3 seconds remaining. But Chicago had one last trick up its sleeve.

Without a timeout, Giddey launched a desperate shot from beyond half-court—and it swished through. As the buzzer sounded, the Bulls erupted in celebration, sealing an unforgettable 119-117 victory.

Giddey emerged as the Bulls’ hero, finishing with a triple-double of 25 points, 14 rebounds, and 11 assists. White led all Chicago scorers with 26 points.

For the Lakers, Reaves posted a game-high 30 points, while Luka Doncic came close to a triple-double with 25 points, 10 rebounds, and 8 assists. LeBron contributed 17 points and 12 assists.
