Detroit Lions teammates took to social media to celebrate Kerby Joseph’s record-setting contract extension.
On Wednesday night, it was reported that Lions safety Kerby Joseph signed a four-year, $86 million deal. At $21.5 million per year, it makes him the highest-paid safety in the league. Naturally, his teammates were pumped.

First up, the defensive backs. Joseph shares a tight bond with the Lions secondary, even hosting “Thursday Night Football” get-togethers during the season. So it’s no shock they were hyped for him.
