Lions secure another signee from their 2025 NFL Draft selections.

When the Detroit Lions kicked off rookie minicamp a couple of weeks ago, they also confirmed the signings of four players from their 2025 NFL Draft class: fifth-rounder Myles Frazier, sixth-rounder Ahmed Hassanein, and seventh-rounders Dan Jackson and Dominic Lovett. Now, it seems one more can be added to that list.

On Instagram, Lions wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa—Detroit’s third-round selection—shared a photo of himself signing his rookie deal with the caption:

Additionally, it seems the contract details are already in. According to NFL insider Aaron Wilson, TeSlaa’s rookie contract is for four years and $6.654 million, including a $1.5 million signing bonus. Full breakdown via Wilson:

Though the Lions haven’t officially confirmed the signing, the photo makes it quite evident.

With TeSlaa signed, only two Lions draft picks remain without deals: defensive tackle Tyleik Williams and guard Tate Ratledge. Second-round contracts typically take longer due to some flexibility in negotiations. That could be the case again, as the Texans gave Jayden Higgins—the 34th pick—the first-ever fully guaranteed deal for a second-rounder.

Still, there’s little concern about Williams or Ratledge signing. Last season, the Lions didn’t finalize Ennis Rakestraw’s second-round contract until May 31, and Terrion Arnold signed his on June 13. There’s rarely any worry unless a player remains unsigned by training camp in July.
