Amon-Ra St. Brown’s headstand celebration is landing on a box of Honey Nut Cheerios. The Detroit Lions wideout will be displayed on cereal boxes sold across the country. Brad Galli reports further.
St. Brown is one of three Pro Bowl wideouts starring on cereal boxes before training camp, with the Lions receiver posing on limited-edition Honey Nut Cheerios packaging.
On the box, he’s dressed in a cereal-inspired jersey while performing his signature headstand celebration — first seen during a touchdown against the Packers at Lambeau Field last year.
General Mills isn’t the first brand to honor the celebration — The Home Bakery in Downtown Rochester created a St. Brown-themed cake last winter using the same pose.
Justin Jefferson and Ja’Marr Chase complete the cereal trio. All three will also appear on a Reese’s Puffs edition launching exclusively on Walmart.com starting September 4.
Fans can buy St. Brown’s Honey Nut Cheerios box in grocery stores nationwide beginning in August for $3.50.
