Dan Campbell has several reasons to take pride as he leads the Detroit Lions toward success that has been elusive for years.

Last season, the Lions won the NFC North, marking their first division title in thirty years, and achieved two playoff victories in a single postseason for the first time since their NFL title win in 1957.

However, Campbell has encountered difficulties against the Seattle Seahawks, having lost to them in the last three seasons. “You get tired of that,” he remarked.

”The Seahawks, currently at the top of the NFC West with a 3-0 record, have another opportunity to defeat the Lions, who are 2-1, at Ford Field on Monday night.

If Seattle maintains their winning streak, Mike Macdonald will become just the second NFL coach under 40 to start a season 4-0 since 1933, following Josh McDaniels, who accomplished this with the Denver Broncos in 2009.

At just 37 years old and in his first year with the Seahawks, Macdonald has already made an impression.

The Lions are familiar with his capabilities, having faced him as the Baltimore Ravens’ defensive coordinator last season, when the Ravens triumphed over Detroit with a score of 38-6.
