The Cowboys’ bye week has allowed the team to take a break before the final stretch of the season. Quarterback Dak Prescott made the most of this time by announcing his engagement to his long-time girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, on Instagram Friday morning.

Prescott and Ramos welcomed their first child, Margaret Jane Rose, on February 22 of this year, and now they are set to solidify their relationship through marriage.

In the engagement announcement photo, their newborn daughter is seen wearing a onesie that says,

“Mommy, Daddy has a question for you,” accompanied by an engagement ring graphic. The couple is captured sharing a kiss in the image.

As the Cowboys prepare to return to the facility on Monday, they’ll have exciting news to discuss with Prescott, who recently announced his engagement and the construction of a new home in Prosper.

This comes shortly after he signed a four-year, $240 million extension just before the season began in early September.

The upcoming weeks promise to be eventful for both Prescott and the team as they gear up for the remainder of the season.
