Chicago Bears head coach has reportedly reached out to former left tackle following the veteran’s split from the franchise after the 2025-26 season.

“It’s been radio silence. It’s uncomfortable,” Decker said. “It’s awkward. It feels like a high school breakup.”

Despite the disappointing ending, Decker emphasized he gave everything to the organization over his 10-year tenure and expected more communication from team leadership.
