Erik Schlitt’s updated Detroit Lions mock draft for all seven rounds
Erik Schlitt has released his second mock draft for the Detroit Lions for the 2024 offseason, as the NFL Draft approaches in just over two weeks.
In this latest version, he selects new players without repeating those from his previous mock draft.
His picks include Kool-Aid McKinstry from Alabama at No. 29 to boost the cornerback position, Cooper Beebe from Kansas State at No. 61, known for his power-based run blocking, and Devontez Walker from North Carolina at No. 73, a downfield big-play threat who could add value to the team’s receiving core.
Walker’s size and athleticism make him a potential fit for the Lions’ WR-X position despite his skill set being more suited for a WR-Z role.
