Boston bruins owner Jeremy M. Jacobs has completely sold the entire team over $1.9 billion

For the strongly fancied Boston Bruins, the 2023 NHL playoffs’ opening round did not go as expected.

The Florida Panthers, the underdog in the series, stormed back to win in seven games after taking a 3-1 lead.

In a replay of last year’s brutal clash against the Panthers, Jeremy Swayman and the Boston Bruins try to avoid their unlucky destiny from the previous year.

They’ve performed really well thus far; in Game One, Boston defeated Florida 5-1.

Fans may remember, though, that Jim Montgomery’s team had a successful 2023 campaign as well.
