A home has been listed for $4.5 million and is already under contract with two buyers who are reportedly enthusiastic Lions fans.
According to the listing, the residence boasts “an awe-inspiring 2- story foyer that establishes the tone for the home’s luxurious interiors,” along with “spacious, light-filled living and entertaining areas,” and a “pristine white marble chef’s kitchen.
”The Detroit Lions appointed Dan Campbell as head coach prior to the 2021 NFL season.
Campbell, a former player on the infamous 0-16 team in 2008, was drafted by the New York Giants in 1999 and also played for the Dallas Cowboys before joining the Lions in 2006.Success was not immediate; the Lions ended Campbell’s first season with a 3-13-1 record.
However, in 2022, after a challenging start of 1-6, the team turned things around, winning six of their last seven games.
Under Campbell’s leadership, the Lions achieved their best season since their last playoff appearance in 1991, beginning with an impressive 8-2 record and securing their first division title in 30 years.
In the playoffs, they recorded thrilling victories against former Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams, followed by a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Unfortunately, the Lions’ impressive playoff journey concluded with a heartbreaking loss to the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.
