CeeDee Lamb and Dak Prescott’s Sideline Dispute: The Reason Behind Their Heated Exchange in Loss to Ravens

The team added another touchdown before halftime, leading by 15 points at the break.

Prescott had impressive stats, throwing for 379 yards and two touchdowns in a comeback that ultimately fell short by three points—points that seemed nearly guaranteed if Lamb hadn’t fumbled the ball in the red zone.

Lamb was out-targeted by Jake Ferguson, who received 11 targets to Lamb’s 7 in the loss.

Early in the second quarter, Nate Wiggins made a pivotal play, knocking the ball out of Lamb’s hands and swinging momentum back to the Ravens.

Last season, Lamb fumbled three times despite having no fumbles in 2021 or 2022.

In the Cowboys’ defeat against the Ravens, Lamb recorded 67 yards on four receptions, receiving seven targets from Prescott.

He finished second to Ferguson in both targets and catches.Currently, Lamb has 218 yards and one touchdown over three games, putting him on track for 1,235 yards.

While many receivers would consider that a solid performance, Lamb had over 1,700 yards last season, including eight games with 100 or more yards.

So far this season, he has yet to reach the 100-yard mark in any game.
