The Detroit Lions are once again turning to their practice squad, promoting defensive end Al-Quadin Muhammad and tight end Shane Zylstra for Sunday’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans.
With a record of 5-1, the Lions have leaned on their practice squad each game to stay atop the NFC North and will do so again as they work to strengthen their pass rush.
They’ll be missing Aidan Hutchinson, Marcus Davenport, John Cominsky, and Derrick Barnes, leaving Josh Paschal as their main option. However, Paschal is now sidelined against Tennessee as well due to illness.
