What National Outlets Are Saying About the Lions’ Victory Over Green Bay

With their third consecutive victory in Green Bay, the Lions confirmed that the NFC North title will run through Detroit.

The Lions defeated the Packers 24-14 on Sunday at Lambeau Field, extending their win streak to six games. At 7-1, they now hold a game-and-a-half lead in the competitive NFC North as the season approaches its midpoint.

Despite facing wet and messy conditions in Wisconsin, the Lions, playing their first outdoor game of the year, avoided any major mistakes, recording no turnovers and just five penalties. In contrast, the Packers committed a pick-six to Kerby Joseph, along with 10 penalties and several costly fumbled snaps.
