Tommy Lloyd, Caleb Love, and Henri Veesaar share thoughts after Arizona’s triumph at BYU.

Arizona is on its second 5-game win streak in Big 12 play, with this one being fueled by two emotional road victories in the last four days. The Wildcats are 5-1 on the road in the league, and other than a poor final five minutes at Texas Tech, they’ve shown remarkable composure on the road.

“Our focus this week was on habits and testing those habits in a tough environment,” said UA coach Tommy Lloyd after the Wildcats’ 85-74 win at BYU. “Would you get rattled? Would you lose sight of the game plan or who you are when the crowd reacts or a shot is made, or a ref makes a call? It was a great opportunity to test our habits, and we succeeded in doing that today in an incredible atmosphere.”

I’ve played here many times, and it’s always something you cherish. I’ve been with Gonzaga and Arizona, so when I come here, it’s meaningful, and the fans have always been amazing, which makes it a game to look forward to.”

On Jaden Bradley: “Jaden is becoming a true point guard. He gets winning basketball now. We’ve worked on it, and he’s very coachable. The challenge was balancing early aggression with running the team, and he’s found the perfect balance. He makes the right play every time. I told him he’s a way better point guard than I am a coach, and I’m thankful for that.”

On his halftime message to the team: “I told them it was 41-41. We played a great half in a great environment. There was no switch to flip, just go possession by possession and win. I
