Lions Player Not Keen on Adding Myles Garrett

**Lions Star Seems Uninterested in Myles Garrett**

Myles Garrett recently stunned the Cleveland Browns and their fans by making a public and formal trade request, revealing that after eight years with the team, he believes it’s time to move on and pursue a Super Bowl with a different organization—one he feels is better positioned for a championship run than the Browns.

While it’s still too soon to guess where Garrett might end up, one Detroit Lions star doesn’t appear eager to see him join the team.

In a recent interview with the Detroit Free Press on the red carpet at the NFL Honors, Lions edge rusher Aidan Hutchinson poured cold water on any rumors linking Garrett to the Lions.

“Everyone’s asking me about that. I don’t know,” Hutchinson stated. “I don’t think — you can’t have that many guys on one D-line, I don’t know. Who knows, but I think it’s very unlikely.”

This may not be what Lions fans were hoping to hear, but it’s possible Hutchinson is simply trying to manage expectations and stay grounded.

Pairing Hutchinson with Garrett would create an incredible pass-rushing duo, perhaps one of the most dominant in NFL history.

However, the Lions’ front office might struggle to justify such a move, especially with Hutchinson already performing at a high level.

As a result, the Browns will likely need to consider other alternatives.

The trade could come at a hefty price for the team willing to make the move, but regardless of the outcome, the Browns must act soon before the situation becomes more tense.

Garrett doesn’t want to be part of a rebuild, but moving him could be the key to speeding up the Browns’ rebuilding process.
