Miami Dolphins lose offensive assistant to Philadelphia Eagles

⁰Parks Frazier departs from the Dolphins to become the Eagles’ pass game coordinator.

After Kellen Moore left the Philadelphia Eagles to become head coach of the New Orleans Saints following the Eagles’ Super Bowl win, the team was in search of a new offensive coordinator. They promoted their passing game coordinator, Kevin Patullo, to fill the position.

This move left the Eagles with a vacancy for a pass game coordinator, which they filled by hiring Parks Frazier, who was previously an offensive assistant for the Miami Dolphins under head coach Mike McDaniel. Frazier had only spent one year in South Florida, joining the Dolphins for the 2024 NFL season. Now, as reported by Ian Rapoport, Mike Garafolo, and Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Frazier is heading to Philadelphia to join an offense that recently triumphed over a formidable Kansas City Chiefs defense to win the championship.

Frazier’s hiring brings him back together with Eagles’ head coach Nick Sirianni, with whom he worked from 2018 to 2020 with the Indianapolis Colts.

Frazier leaves a crowded coaching staff in Miami, where the Dolphins had just hired former Houston Texans’ offensive coordinator Bobby Slowik as the team’s senior passing game coordinator earlier this month. McDaniel and Slowik had previously spent five seasons together with the San Francisco 49ers.
