For teams that believe they are a quarterback away from competing, their best move might be to trade for one. A name that has come up is Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford. The 37-year-old Super Bowl champion has two years remaining on his contract, but just $4 million is guaranteed during that time. While it’s expected he will return in 2025, his deal could be reworked.

That said, rumors are circulating, with teams like the New York Giants emerging as top contenders. While Stafford has stayed quiet, his wife, Kelly Stafford, has been more vocal.

She previously voiced her frustration about the team’s willingness to trade star receiver Cooper Kupp, and she’s also played into the rumors surrounding her husband’s potential trade.
