Kyra Ly Wins Individual Title as Beavers Secure Team Victory

Ly claimed her second individual title in her three-year Oregon State career with a score of 16-under 65-66-69—200. She achieved 17 birdies, one eagle, and only three bogeys during the 54-hole event.

Her first title was at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational in March, where she tied for medalist honors with Camille Boyd of Washington after the tournament was shortened due to weather conditions and unplayable greens.

The Beavers secured the team title with a score of 11-under 278-284-291—853 at Del Paso Country Club, a par-72, 6,143-yard course, finishing two strokes ahead of second-place Sacramento State’s 9-under 855. Their 11-under 853 ties for the fifth-lowest three-round score in program history.

This marks Oregon State’s 15th team title and the fifth under head coach Dawn Shockley.
