The Detroit Lions’ offseason is in full swing as coach Dan Campbell, general manager Brad Holmes, and the rest of the staff continue preparing to secure impact players in the 2025 NFL Draft, set to take place in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
While the Lions could improve in certain areas on offense, defense, and special teams, they don’t have major needs at most positions, thanks to the overall strength of their roster heading into the 2025 season.
One player who has grown into a fan favorite and is just beginning to showcase his full talent is Jameson Williams, the former Alabama Crimson Tide standout who continues to develop in Detroit.
Williams discussed his top three fast food spots on the St. Brown Podcast, and his choices took fans by surprise.
His top pick was McDonald’s, followed by Jack-in-the-Box and Rally’s, which sparked a wave of fan reactions online.
“Love the Rally’s mention,” Detroit’s Woodward Sports Network responded.
“He’s young,” one fan commented with two laughing emojis. “Come on, Waymo, McDonald’s is awful,” they added.
“Amon-Ra needs to either share his nutritionist with Jamo or recommend one,” another fan suggested.
Despite his love for fast food, Williams has shown significant improvement with the Lions. He recorded a career-high 1,001 yards and seven touchdowns on 58 receptions last season under Campbell and former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. Now, he aims to elevate his game further under Johnson’s successor, John Morton.
