Ex Detroit’s lion wife Kelly Stafford Reacts to Interview Featuring Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson

Bill Belichick is responding after his girlfriend Jordon Hudson cut in during a question about their relationship in a now-viral “CBS Sunday Morning” segment.

Following public reaction to the 24-year-old’s interruption of boyfriend Bill Belichick’s April 27 interview with “CBS Sunday Morning” host Tony Dokoupil, football spouse Kelly Stafford spoke in support of Hudson’s decision to speak.

“I think it’s fair on both sides,” she commented during the May 1 episode of her podcast “The Morning After.” “If she doesn’t want to discuss it, then they shouldn’t have to.”

Still, Stafford — who married NFL quarterback Matthew Stafford in 2015 — agreed with her cohost Hank Winchester’s take that the former cheerleader’s response was “unacceptable” and that the couple should’ve expected personal questions due to their public presence.

“You didn’t really see him involved in social media before,” Stafford said, “but now he’s everywhere with her.”

She added, “I do think she has some responsibility in knowing the questions are coming, because their relationship is so public.”

Belichick — who is 49 years older than Hudson — later told E! News that he “expected” the interview to highlight his new memoir, but those expectations “were not honored,” even though he tried redirecting the conversation.
