Braydon Hawthorne has officially committed to play for the University of Kentucky’s men’s basketball team, becoming part of the Wildcats’ 2025-26 roster.

Head coach Mark Pope expressed strong enthusiasm about the new addition, highlighting Hawthorne’s potential and work ethic. “Braydon might have the fastest development curve in the entire 2025 class,” Pope noted. “He’s a smart player with a perfect academic record and advanced skills. His potential is sky-high, and he’s passionate about being part of this program. He’s committed to growth and embraces the challenge to improve every day.”
