Newcastle United launch move for young forward – Possible connection to Fulham deal

One rising talent drawing plenty of attention is striker Francesco Pio Esposito. According to the outlet, Newcastle United and Atalanta have both made advances for the 20-year-old attacker.

Cristian Chivu’s men have turned down those efforts and also refused Napoli’s €45m bid for the promising forward.

Inter remain firm on keeping Esposito and instead prefer to offload Taremi.

The outlet insists the Iranian frontman is waiting for Fulham to return with a suitable proposal and remains keen on a move to London.

The 33-year-old failed to shine during his debut year at Inter and his departure would ease the Serie A side’s wage bill.

Esposito is regarded as the long-term spearhead of their attack. This stance blocked Newcastle United’s attempt, though it could ultimately aid Fulham’s pursuit of Taremi.
