Lions RB Jahmyr Gibbs Rocks the Best WWE-Themed Halloween Costume of the Year

Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs and his girlfriend went all-in this Halloween, channeling two iconic WWE superstars with spot-on costumes.

As Halloween festivities ramp up, everyone is revealing their outfits—and Gibbs may have just stolen the show. The Detroit Lions star dressed up as legendary WWE performer Jeff Hardy, known for his high-flying moves and signature style.

Gibbs’ girlfriend, Nicole Anderson, shared a video of the couple striking poses in their costumes. She perfectly captured Lita, another WWE great, while Gibbs transformed into Hardy—complete with full makeup and signature accessories.

In the clip, Gibbs even performed Hardy’s famous entrance dance, fully committing to the look with his arm sleeves and a WWE Championship belt to top it off.

Hardy remains one of WWE’s most beloved figures, best known for teaming with his brother Matt Hardy. The two now wrestle in TNA, where they currently hold the TNA World Tag Team Championships and continue working alongside WWE through TNA’s new partnership with NXT.

Who is Jahmyr Gibbs’ girlfriend?

Gibbs’ girlfriend, Nicole Anderson, is a social media influencer and model. In an interview with People, she revealed that her gameday content helped her land collaborations with New Era Cap, joining other NFL partners’ significant others in the campaign.

Right now, the Lions are 5-2 and hold second place in the NFC North, coming off a big win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Gibbs ranks ninth in the NFL with 526 rushing yards and has six rushing touchdowns so far. He’s also added 26 receptions for 194 yards and a receiving score, showing off his versatility as a weapon in Detroit’s offense.

He’s building off a breakout 2024 season, where he topped 1,400 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns, plus over 500 receiving yards and four more scores through the air.

Drafted 12th overall in the 2023 NFL Draft out of Alabama, Gibbs earned Pro Bowl honors in each of his first two seasons, quickly becoming one of the league’s most dynamic backs.

Before his NFL rise, Gibbs made his mark at Alabama after transferring from Georgia Tech. In his final college season, he rushed for 926 yards and seven touchdowns, while adding 44 receptions for 444 yards and three more scores, cementing his reputation as one of college football’s best all-purpose players.
