BYU-Idaho Reports Growth in On-Campus Enrollment
Brigham Young University-Idaho has announced an increase in on-campus enrollment for the winter term.
Although overall enrollment has seen a slight decline, this is primarily due to a decrease in online students.
The private institution, which is operated by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, reported a total of 23,662 students on its Rexburg campus, marking a 6.3% rise from the previous year.
Additional details from a recent news release from BYU-Idaho include:
18,725 students are enrolled in in-person courses, showing a 6.5% increase. 4,937 students are participating in on-campus online courses and/or internships, reflecting a 5.6% rise. 17,515 online students are served through a partnership with BYU-Pathway Worldwide, a 9.3% decline. Total enrollment stands at 41,176, indicating a 0.9% decrease.
