Detroit Lions defensive back Brian Branch has been suspended without pay for one game due to unsportsmanlike conduct after Sunday’s matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs.

Per the CBA, Branch retains the right to appeal the decision. The appeal would be reviewed and ruled upon by Derrick Brooks, Ramon Foster, or Jordy Nelson — the jointly appointed and compensated officers selected by the NFL and NFLPA to oversee on-field discipline cases.
