Eagles’ Lane Johnson Delivers Two-Word Message Before Super Bowl LIX Matchup

Eagles’ Lane Johnson Sends 2-Word Message Ahead of Super Bowl LIX vs. Chiefs

The Philadelphia Eagles ended the regular season and playoffs with a 17-3 record, just half a game behind their Super Bowl LIX opponent, the Kansas City Chiefs, who posted a 17-2 record.

Kansas City entered Sunday’s game as 1.5-point favorites, with the matchup set to kick off at 6:30 p.m. at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. A key reason for the Eagles’ success is their strong offensive line, led by coach Jeff Stoutland.

Ahead of the highly anticipated game, Eagles Pro Bowl right tackle Lane Johnson took to X on Sunday to send a brief but motivating message to his team and fans.

“Let’s hunt!!” Johnson wrote, accompanied by a face emoji with steam coming from its nostrils.

The tweet garnered over 100,000 views by midday Sunday as excitement for the big game reached a fever pitch.

“Go get it Lane!” one fan commented.

“It’s going to be an amazing day! Time to create a legacy!!! #PavetheLane,” wrote another.

Philadelphia’s last Super Bowl win came in 2018, with quarterback Nick Foles throwing for 373 yards and three touchdowns to defeat Tom Brady and the New England Patriots 41-33, despite Brady’s record-breaking 505-yard, three-touchdown performance.

Johnson’s message sparked enthusiasm among Eagles fans on X.

As one of three Pro Bowl offensive linemen on the Eagles’ roster, Johnson is considered a key factor in Philadelphia’s potential victory over Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs on Sunday night.
