However, there was one instance where Matthew asked her to avoid discussing topics that might impact his locker room dynamics, a request she respected after realizing the potential impact on his professional environment.

On September 8, Kelly attended the Detroit Lions vs. Los Angeles Rams game, contrary to her earlier plan to watch it from home.

Before the game, she had mentioned on her podcast that she intended to stay home with her daughters to avoid the emotional stress of attending the game in person, especially given their previous experience of being booed at a playoff game earlier in the year.

Kelly had said that her daughters did not want to go to the game, which influenced her decision to stay home for their well-being and her mental health.

She reflected on how emotionally involved she had been during the last game and thought it best to avoid the stress by staying home.
